You will have to take the time to find the right detox program that will work for you. There are many programs that you can use and with a little research you can find the right one that will work best for you. However, most good detox program will take up to 7 days to completely rid yourself of toxins from the body. You should get the counsel of your physician before you begin but typically you will not want to continue a detox program for more than 7 days or so. You do not want to stress your body by denying proper nutrients in your quest for detoxification of your body.
