You can start by making some modifications to your regular diet. You should stop eating sugary and fatty foods, and avoid drinking beverages that have caffeine in them. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables will be important and you should also include lots of whole grain bread and cereals and foods that are high in fiber in your diet.

Just make sure that as you increase your fiber intake you increase your water intake as well, otherwise you are going to be reversing the effect and end up constipated.
